FLATHEAD CATFISH
Considered by most to be the best tasting of the three main catfish species, Flathead Catfish are sought out for their clean, sweet, and buttery flavor. Their texture is a bit firmer than other catfish allowing them to stand up to both the grill and sauté pan. Our Flathead catfish can be purchased live, whole, or fileted. ​

BUFFALO FISH
As any Arkansan will tell you, Buffalo Fish are the best tasting fish in the river. Firm but flaky, sweet but not bland, Buffalo Fish have a taste all their own. We sell Buffalo Fish whole or fileted.
FRESHWATER DRUM
Also known as Croakers, Sheepshead, or Perch, these fish are the only freshwater species within the Drum family. It's firm texture makes it an ideal fish for the grill or as an additional to soups and stews.
SILVER CARP (COPI)
The only non-native fish that we offer, Silver Carp were accidentally introduced to the Mississippi watershed in the seventies. Since that time, they've rapidly expanded and compete with our native fish for resources. Firm, mild, and flaky these fish are strikingly similar to cod and perfect for summer or Lentin fish fries. By utilizing these fish, you're getting an incredibly nutritious and delicious food item and helping to restore balance in our local ecosystem.
